BR-36 Document level charge amount is required

Each Document level charge (BG-21) shall have a Document level charge amount (BT-99).

This is an EN 16931 core rule and the charge counterpart of BR-31. A document level charge (BG-21), such as freight, packaging or a handling fee, raises the invoice total without VAT (BT-109); without its amount the totals cannot be recalculated. The UBL schema already requires cbc:Amount, so BR-36 is mainly reported for CII invoices whose charge holds only a reason or a percentage.

Solution

Add cbc:Amount to the document level cac:AllowanceCharge where cbc:ChargeIndicator is true (CII: ram:ActualAmount in ram:SpecifiedTradeAllowanceCharge with ram:ChargeIndicator true).
