Markdown exportZUGFeRD and Factur-X PDF warnings
Hybrid PDF/XML invoices need the reviewed XML data and human-readable PDF to describe the same final invoice.
What you may see
- PDF/A tooling is unavailable
- Source PDF is not suitable for final hybrid output
- Delivery or service period is missing
- Delivery country is missing
- Draft output requires review
- Material edits need acknowledgement
- Review is stale
What this means
ZUGFeRD and Factur-X files combine a human-readable PDF with embedded XML. The PDF and XML need to describe the same invoice. If the source PDF is weak, edited after review, or missing delivery context, the final hybrid invoice may need another check before download.
What to check
- The PDF is the final invoice, not a draft
- The reviewed data matches the PDF
- Delivery date, delivery period, or service period is present when required
- Delivery address or country is present when required
- No important field changed after validation
