Markdown exportWhy invoices need review
Invoice Converter extracts and validates invoice data, but unclear source documents still require human review before compliant export.
What this means
Invoice Converter extracts invoice data and checks it against e-invoicing rules. It does not guess silently when important fields are missing, unclear, or mathematically inconsistent.
If the review page shows errors or warnings, the invoice data needs a human check before export or download.
Why review is normal
PDF invoices are often designed for people, not machines. They may contain scanned text, unusual layouts, missing buyer references, handwritten corrections, rounded totals, or tax details that are visible to a person but not structured clearly enough for an e-invoice.
What to do
- Open the review step.
- Start with red errors before yellow warnings.
- Compare each highlighted field with the original invoice.
- Correct the value in the review form.
- Run validation again or continue when the page allows it.
