Temporary service errors usually mean a required conversion service was not ready or did not answer in time.
What you may see
- Service temporarily unavailable
- Upstream unavailable
- Backend unavailable
- The service is almost ready
- Request timed out
- 502, 503, or 504
What this means
The conversion request reached Invoice Converter, but one of the services needed to finish the job was temporarily not ready or did not answer in time. This is usually not caused by your invoice file.
What to do
- Wait one or two minutes.
- Refresh the page if the status does not update.
- Retry the same invoice once.
- If the file was already processed, check whether a reviewed result is available before uploading again.
