Payment events may need a retry or support review if the Stripe event cannot immediately match the user account.
What you may see
- Credits did not update after payment
- A subscription status looks wrong
- A checkout or billing portal action failed
- Support mentions a webhook or payment event
What this means
Payments are confirmed by Stripe and then reconciled to your Invoice Converter account. If the account cannot be matched during a payment or subscription event, the system may delay the credit or subscription update until the event is retried or reviewed.
What to do
- Refresh your account page.
- Check that you are signed in with the same email used for payment.
- Wait a few minutes for the payment event to be retried.
- Do not start a second payment for the same plan unless support asks you to.
