A result may be unavailable if the processed task state or artifact could not be loaded after conversion.
What you may see
- Result not found
- Task not ready
- Task status failed
- Download is unavailable
- The page returns to an earlier step
What this means
The invoice may have processed, but the saved task result was not available when the page tried to load or download it.
Historically, one important cause was a saved result containing a number format the task database could not store. That issue has been fixed, but this article remains useful for similar result persistence problems.
What to do
- Refresh the task page once.
- If the invoice is still in the review step, validate and continue again.
- If the result is gone, upload the invoice again and keep the browser tab open until the download is ready.
- If the second attempt fails, contact support before trying more uploads.
