## Uitleg

Gebruikt het RO_CIUS XML-schema, een afgeleide van Peppol BIS Billing 3.0; verzending via het Spațiul Privat Virtual (SPV)-portaal of de API.

Binnenlandse B2B-verzending is sinds juli 2024 verplicht. EAS-schema 9947 kan een Roemeense Peppol-deelnemer identificeren als de partijen die route afspreken; Peppol is niet de algemene route voor Roemeense grensoverschrijdende facturen.
