In a document level allowance (BG-20) where the document level allowance VAT category code (BT-95) is "Zero rated", the document level allowance VAT rate (BT-96) shall be 0 (zero).

In a document level allowance (BG-20) where the document level allowance VAT category code (BT-95) is "Zero rated", the document level allowance VAT rate (BT-96) shall be 0 (zero).
